Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

If you simply changed your mind about an item, it must be unused, not worn outside of trying it on, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please email us photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

How to Start a Return

Email support@brenovian.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will review your request and, once approved, email you a free prepaid return label.
Pack the item securely with tags and original packaging, and attach the label.
Drop off the package with the carrier named on your label.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not send returns to the Hong Kong registered office listed on our About Us and Contact Us pages — that address is for business correspondence only.

Who Pays Return Shipping

Return shipping is free — we cover the cost of the prepaid return label for approved returns, including change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Please note that the original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded if you change your mind about a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@brenovian.com with photos as soon as possible. We will make it right with a free prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Email us to start an exchange.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@brenovian.com as soon as possible with your order number to request a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled.
