Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before they ship. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, Monday–Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed starting the next business day.

All timeframes are stated in business days, not calendar days, and exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Where Your Order Ships From
brenovian works with a supplier based in China. Orders ship from an overseas partner warehouse, which is why transit time is longer than typical domestic shipping. We do not operate a warehouse inside the United States.

The free shipping threshold is calculated on your order subtotal after any discounts are applied.
Delivery Area
We currently ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.
P.O. Boxes
We accept P.O. Box addresses. Orders shipping to a P.O. Box are sent via USPS, since our other carrier, FedEx, cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We ship using USPS and FedEx, depending on your delivery address and package.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Import duties on shipments to the United States are included in the item price at checkout. You should not be asked to pay any additional customs fee when your order is delivered. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address; it is separate from shipping and duties.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.
