Ordering

What does brenovian sell?

brenovian sells women's dresses for everyday wear and special occasions.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@brenovian.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to change your order (size, color, or address), email us within 24 hours of placing it and we will try to help before it enters processing.

Shipping

Where does my order ship from?

Our supplier is based in China, and orders ship from an overseas partner warehouse to your address in the United States. We do not have a U.S. warehouse.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days and take 8–12 business days in transit, for a total of 11–17 business days from order to delivery. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, Monday–Friday, begin processing the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat $7.95, and free on orders of $60 or more after discounts.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Not currently. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. Orders to a P.O. Box are shipped via USPS, since FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with USPS and FedEx.

Will I owe customs fees or import duties when my package arrives?

No. Import duties are already included in your item price, so you should not be charged anything extra on delivery for customs.

Will I pay sales tax?

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. Once your return is approved, we email you a free prepaid return label.

Will I get my original shipping fee back?

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, the original $7.95 shipping charge is not refundable. There is no restocking fee.

How long does a refund take?

We issue your refund within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds to your account.
